Pecos Parks

Parks are such a wonderful resource for recreation and relaxation. Pecos has many outdoor settings for the family to enjoy. Get outdoors and soak up some sun, or find a nice shady spot for a picnic!
Centennial Park

Alongside the West of the Pecos Museum you’ll find Centennial Park, offering a shady respite, plenty of benches, a fountain, and a first-rate view of Pecos history.
Martin Skate Park

This skateboarding/skate park features an open bowl and street features like hips and a pyramid. If you’re looking for an extreme experience, then this is your stop. Located at 701 S. Alamo St.
Maxey Park

Historically part of the original Pecos Army Air Field, this park now stands as a local destination. Amenities include picnic areas with grills, a playground, and volleyball and baseball courts. Located at Exit 40 on I-20.
Splash Pad

When the Texas heat starts to sizzle, cool off at our new splash pad! It’s the perfect spot for a picnic and a little fun in the sun. Don’t for get your sunscreen, because you’ll want to stay a while; there’s something for every age and stage of life!
